The Midget II is already the quirkiest thing on the road. I figured, why not lean into it? The matte black wrap cost $600 (did it myself), gold pinstripes were $50 in vinyl tape, and the LED underglow was $40 from Amazon. Total show-truck budget: under $700 on top of the truck itself. I've won 'Best in Show — Oddball' at three different car meets. People literally chase me down in parking lots to take photos. It's the most fun per dollar of any vehicle I've ever owned.
